This article got me through the early days of breast feeding! For those of you choosing to BF, the struggle is worth it. It's hard, may be one of the hardest things ever. Please read this article when you feel like giving up.

  • I think I've seen this article before. And yeah...a little weird.

As far as breast feeding, I'm trying super hard not to give up. I love our bonding time, but hate the super cracked, bleeding nipples and blocked ducts. Ugh.

So I'm a cornball because I thought the letter was beautiful. The oxytocin orgasm thing was a bit much but everything else was heart felt.

I couldn't read past the oxytocin part...that was just too much for me.

Call your OB and get an Rx for APNO - all purpose nipple ointment. You will feel so much better. A lot of doctors think you have to go to a special compounding pharmacy, but my Wallgreens filled mine.
