I see that I had lacked an introduction before posting yesterday so I will start that now:
I am newly married, June 29th of this summer, to my husband. We are young, in our early twenties. I am going to be 23 on August 4th. We started "dating" as young teens in 2005 and he's the love of my life. Our wedding day made it 8 years since we had gotten "together" and he's the best husband for me. I am from North Dakota.
I am currently in my last year of college once school starts up again, I am getting my Bachelors in Elementary Education with concentrations in Kindergarten and Reading. I will student teach Fall of 2014 and I am so excited. I've been able to spend lots of time in the classroom already and I absolutely love it. I had taken 2 years off in between high school and college, however, and I'm glad I did. I was much more motivated for school when I started.
My husband and I have had babies on our brain for so long and now that we are married it excites me. However, when I was 19 years old I miscarried my baby, my first pregnancy, between 8 and 9 weeks. I still struggle daily from it because I feel so much sadness. Being a mommy is my aspiration in life and I can't wait. It's all I've thought about since I was a child myself. I worry to lose a baby again, but I know I'm strong and life is unpredictable.
I love to be outdoors and I also love children. Which is why I'm going into teaching :. I worked in a daycare for 4 1/2 years plus before I had spent a lot of time in preschools and daycares for classes in high school. I still babysit for some of the families from the daycare, along with others, because I bonded with their families so well. Kids are my whole world.
I am a determined individual with lots of motivation! I love makeup, it's a simple joy of mine. Makeup junkie, perhaps.
I am excited to meet other families and to read their stories and life experiences. I am in the tough position of deciding when to start TTC and I had posted a post yesterday without a proper introduction, sorry!, concerning that. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask!
Re: Introduction!
Good luck!
