Royal baby strapped in right?

I don't think the Royal baby is strapped in right!  On a side note, Roman has the same A&A blanket (Ebay..here we come!)

    There is a big discussion about this going on on Parenting.  UK carseats don't have chest clips.  Also the car is prob going like 2 mph with all the paps swarming them!

    The baby which probably went about 1 mile in a motorcade of 40 cars that was going 2 miles per hour. The baby could have been on top of the car and been ok.

    Plus they could have changed it before he went to the car
