10 week / first prenatal Appt

So it was my first prenatal appointment and after reading many posts on here I was excited to hear the heartbeat or see the baby via ultrasound and just my luck no sonogram and they couldn't hear the heartbeat. Panic struck immediately since I heard a few horror stories of no heartbeats before so ofcourse first time mom to be I can't help but worry. The Doc said it was normal usually around week 12 it's heard. Feeling bummed out ...

    Try not to worry. Mine could be seen but not heard at 10 weeks. Whenever I go into worry mode I just try to think how matter what, I will never be "this" pregnant or 10 w 1 day or whatever I am with THIS baby ever again. So I try to just enjoy every min. That helps me.
