Introduction & request for tips!

Because I have a serious case of mom brain (see my comment on post below), i can't remember if I have introduced myself here before or not.  But I'm a first time mom -- little dude will be 4 months next week -- and I'm back at work as of last week.  I'm a sr marketing manager for a big retailer, I love my job, but as I'm sure you all are, I'm struggling with how to do it all.

Any tips and tricks for the new kid?

    Welcome!

    Do as much as you can at night after LO's are sleeping.

    If you can afford it outsource - lawn, housecleaning,laundry,etc...

    Already hired cleaners.  Told DH that we should hire out lawn care, and he said no.... and i said "Just to be clear, I'm NOT doing that, so if you want to do it awesome, but I'm happy to pay for it..."  Haha.
