I think you can on the car seat...I wouldn't sware on it.
Another stroller you might want to consider is the Valco Snap Dual. I have one and love it. The basket is bigger than the City Mini and it's lighter than the Maclaren doubles. It even goes over grass. I believe that they now have or will have car seat adaptors for it soon.

The B-Agile is pretty much the same as the City Mini double. I have the City Mini double and have no issues pushing the stroller in the grass or even gravel.
The B-Agile adaptor is only for the Britax seats. The City Mini adaptor is universal.

I know that the B-Agile double doesn't take the Keyfit because I looked into it. I second the Valco, it's got a better basket and it's lighter.
We were 2 under 2, now 3 under 3!
Team Green turned Team Pink with #1, Team Green turned Team Blue with #2, Team Green turned Team Pink again with #3
I did just find the adapter on their site for a chicco. So it does exist.
That must be new! If you are doing trails and stuff with the stroller I would do something with air tires for sure. Bumbleride Indie Twin or BOB Duallie come to mind. Or a Mountain Buggy
