Portable Crib for Travel (not PnP)

DS is 18 months old and refuses to sleep in a Pack and Play. He has had a lot of sleep issues and is finally STTN in his crib, so I've been looking online at portable cribs and am wondering if one of those would work better since it would be more like where he sleeps at home. Does anyone have one of these and if so would you recommend it? My concerns are the ones I see online have a 1 inch thick "mattress" so I think I would need a thicker mattress, I don't know if they are tall enough that he wouldn't climb out of it, and I'm wondering if they fit in the car easily or not (I have a medium size SUV).

My son always hated the PnP, so we bought him the Baby Bjorn travel crib. He loved it! Slept in it every time we travelled until about 2.5 years. Super easy to put together too!

I just checked it out and it looks like a pnp but angled sides. How else is it different? Is the mattress thicker? Tia!

Thanks that was the kind I was looking into. It's good to know it wouldn't fit in my suv. I wouldn't have wanted to order it and find out afterwards. Thanks so much

My mom has a portable crib for her house and it folds .up pretty small for storage, but there is no way it would fit in my SUV.ETA: It is similar to this and still quite large when folded. We have the Baby Bjorn travel crib and love it. We've used it for both kids and they always seem pretty comfy.
