Our vasectomy experience

Went really well! He was really dopey on versed, giggled at my boobs, and doesnt remember a thing. Im glad, because at times I could tell he hurt. 

He's been packed with frozen peas for a few days and is healing really well.

 As far as my feelings now that we are absolutely OnD go, I took my kid to a company party and chased him around endlessly trying to clean his face and keep him away from the BBQ while everyone else's children sat in their laps. Oh yeah. So done.

    Glad it went well. DH is putting off making an appointment, so I have a feeling it will be a while before he actually does it. He has small breaks between seasons (He is an ump/referee) Football starts soon and runs in to basketball, so I think it will probably happen between basketball and baseball next spring.

    I agree with PP that reassurances come often. Dh had an easy recovery. However, it took him three checks to get the clear.
