Help me out **fixing CDs

I bought a few covers off someone on my exchange board.  They were listed as New and just washed.  But the velcro isn't in great shape.  The covers themselves do look new otherwise.  How do I switch out the velcro tabs on Bummis whisper wraps?  Anyone know?

    Yeah they still stick, just looks very fuzzy.  The inside does look new, it looks like she tried to prep them with inserts and the velcro pulled.

    Honestly its just a cosmetic thing for me.  I need to get over the slightly fuzzy nature of the velcro.  Oh well.  I'm 100% sure that the covers are new and that the fuzziness happened when they were prepped.  I think she prepped them with insert and prefolds, so I'm sure the velcro pulled. 

    Oh a good note, I now have 

    2 Bummis Whisper Wraps

    2 Thirsties Duo Size One

    1 WAHM NB cover (which is awesome sauce)

    1 Bambino Mio NB Wrap (Which I think I'm going to hate )  

    6 Tiny Covers.  

     that should take me until NB and beyond.  The tiny covers and thirsties both go up to 15 lbs.
