Ready to pull my hair out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi ladies,

I ususally post on the 12-24 month board but think my situation would just be better addressed here. Any input, suggestions, or ideas would be deeply deeply appreciated.

My 23 month old dd has been ferberized twice. last time at 19 months., fortunately successful....Last weekd my dh and I went to South Beach for 4 days and 3 nights. We left dd with my mom who watches her everyday when I work.......My mother in law came and helped during the day. She slept her usual 12 hrs at night with absolutely no problem going down. went to crib and napped her usual 1 hour - 1 1/2 hours. We came home and that night she did well but started the next day with getting up at 5 that morning. Found she had a fever of 101 and little diarrhea.

fever gone in 24 hours and diarrhea better after 2 days.....Still getting up at 5:30 and REFUSING to nap for me at all. I just took her out of the crib after an hour and a half of calling mommy m,ommy out out. She is doing this for the past 3 days. Her baby sitter was here Friday and she went down for an hour and a half nap with no problem.

What do I do. she is literally exhausted but fighting sleep staunchly.....She goes down easy (SO FAR) at night but waking sooooooo early. Do I try re-ferberizing for naps like today? If so do you think it still can work....I feel sooooo sorry for her because she looks tired but all she wants to do is play and ignore sleep!!! HELPPPPPPP
