I visualize the worst case scenario and convince myself it is going to happen unless I make sure it doesn't. Hence getting up multiple times a night to check on her while she sleeps. Even though I have a monitor.
When she was really little I used to wake her up in the MOTN.
I don't imagine it will get better when she starts driving.
I use to worry and have a lot of general anxiety. Then PPD/PPA hit me and I was put on a low dose anit-depressent/anxiety medication - best. decision. ever. I seriously feel like a new person it has amazed me & my family- no more worrying about little things and no more anxiety. I never want to come off it now!
Also, I am never away from DS. So we will see how that goes.
YEP! so much so that sometimes DH tells me I should look into getting help. I have major anxiety about it. DH wanted to go to Europe without the girls and I freaked. A local trip, maybe, but across the Atlantic Ocean - not going to happen!
Re: Are you a worry wart?
I'm right there with you. It's a problem =[
I tend to worry about the big stuff ie I won't have money for e to go to college and not the daily stuff
