Sorry for two in a row but we are also dealing with bad diaper rash for my son frequently as well. I try to stay ahead of the possibility of it but he has sensitive skin so at the slightest sign of it, rashes seem to just get out of control in a matter of a day. Right now a&d ointment seems to be our best bet but just wondered if anyone had suggestions? Desitin doesn't work for us and Vaseline does ok.

Triple paste works wonders!
One of my 14 month old twins has such sensitive skin too. When she was first born, just the use of one type of pampers burned her bottom in one day. I think it may have been the type of plastic? Regardless, I have tried almost everything as she constantly gets rashes. We've even had a prescription cream from the doctor. I have found that the Earth Mama Angel Bottom Balm under another ointment (Boudreaux's for us) really clears her up and helps her heal so much faster than anything else. Also, I add baking soda in her baths when she has a rash.
I hope you find something to help soon. Good luck!
