Royal Baby Watch 2013

Let the Great Royal Baby Watch of 2013 commence!!! When I checked the news this morning and saw that she was at the hospital, I told DH, "Hey, our future kid's spouse's mom is in labor right now!" He was less than enthused and told me to try not to be a creepy royal stalker all day. Like I would really be a creepy stalker!

But seriously - you can join in the creepy stalking by watching the Daily Telegraph live cam. Although, looking at that door is NOT entertaining.

I thought she was at the hospital for a couple days already?

ETA: I saw something on the news about people waiting outside the hospital like 2 days ago but I wasn't really paying attention because I was cooking. Maybe the news was covering how people are already waiting outside even though she wasn't in labor?

CNN says she was admitted at 2:37am EDT.

The media has been camped out for two weeks. A couple impersonating Will and Kate went to the hospital to tease the media. It was quite funny.

She was planning on using Hypnobabies. I doubt they'll ever release the details, but I hope she's able to stick to her plan.

You're missing out! Haha. I'm not going to lie, the door started boring me after 5 minutes, but I am stalking Twitter like a mad woman.

The police on the phones are cracking me up.

I thought it was hilarious earlier... one of the guards was bending his legs, (probably to stretch after an insanely long time standing) and then proceeded to walk/squat around for the next minute or so... hehe! Immortalized forever!

It's kind of a bummer they won't announce the baby's gender or name immediately.

I have heard that they will be announcing the gender along with the birth. I hope they do!

All the reports I've heard said we will know the birth time, weight, height, and sex. All of that will be put on an easel outside of Buckingham Palace.

I've also heard a few times that after an hour or so after the announcement Wills will come out and talk to the media. I would absolutely love that, but I'll understand if he doesn't.

"Us Magazine" just reported that no members of the Middleton family are at hospital.

Hmmm that doesn't seem right. I heard this morning that Carole and Pippa were with her. This makes me feel like things aren't moving as quickly as we would have thought.

Sources say that she was to go to the hospital as soon as she felt any contractions, so this could be a while....

Now I am hearing that the Queen goes to bed around 9 which is in an hour. She has to be the first to know about the birth, so if she can't be reached, we will not find out until the morning.

Me too. I was a bit disappointed as I thought it would have been so special to have Diana passed on in that way and a future queen would be awesome but i am still pumped and teared up a bit lol
