  For my upcoming medicated FET, I'm supposed to do 10 days of Lupron at 20 units, and then 14 days at 5 units. This time they said i can expect a period sincevthey triggered ovulaton for me on Friday. There is more than you think in that little bottle. Last time for my fresh cycle i did similar dosing and i had lupron left over in the bottle. RE said i can use whats left in there starting on Wednesday, and there is at least 60 units left! Also, if your dosing goes down like mine is, you'll have plenty I bet. If you need more needles you can ask your RE and they will hook you up. Also, I had the two week Leuprolide Acetate "kit" and ran out of needles, but I found later that there were more insulin needles buried in my box o' meds. GL!!

FET #1: July 2013 Natural Cycle - Cancelled due to insufficient lining (only got to 7.5mm). FET #1.2: August 2013 - Medicated Cycle with Lupron & Estrogen Patches to build up lining. Single embryo transfer was 8/23. Beta #1: 240! Beta #2: 578! U/S on 9/19 at 6w4d: We saw the heart beating at 131bpm. Second U/S on 10/4 at 8w5d: We saw the heart beating at 178bpm. EDD 5/11/2014

  What's your daily dosage of the Lupron?  I know that the Lupron says it's a "2 week kit" but with the dosage that you are likely prescribed it will last way longer.  I only used 1 bottle for my entire fresh cycle.  Do you not have a calendar that says when you are starting stims?

  My dose is 10 units per day, so I guess I definitely don't have to rush to refill! I'm just nervous about running out of something and not getting the refill in time, because it's a mail order pharmacy! Hello neurotic I guess! LOL

   

  I didn't get a calendar for when I'd start stims because they basically made it like they were basing it off my period. I will definitely be calling on Monday to make sure, but I guess more than 10 days of just Lupron isn't abnormal?

  Hi. My situation is a bit different because I was on BCP for 3 weeks and added Lupron in the last week but I got my bleed on day 11 of the Lupron. I am starting stims tomorrow night which will be day 14. I could have started on day 12 but they are keeping me on it a few days extra to space out their patients as too may were starting on Friday. Anyways, I am on 10 units as well and there is plenty left in that little bottle!

  Me 36/DH 46 Me: Low AMH (.21) DOR, mild endo; Started seeing RE 11/12
  Jan-March '13 3 IUIs Clomid + Trigger = BFN

  April '13 IVF 1 MDLF converted to 4th IUI due to 3 runaway follicles! BFN

  July/Aug '13 IVF 1.2 Long Lupron = 7R, 6F, 2T= BFP!!!

  Beta 1=512, Beta 2=1,368 Beta 3= 4,128

  It's a boy!!!!

  I'm not sure how they timed out you starting Lupron- was it at 7dpo? Thats how mine was and bloodwork confirmed O but my period was still delayed by 2-3 days beyond my average.

  Yep, this is how they started me on the Lupron. Hopefully my period will come sometime at the beginning of the week I guess, but I will call them tomorrow to see what they have to say. I probably have a ton of Lupron left in the bottle and was just overreacting about refills! I'm half asleep when I do the morning shot, so I probably overestimate when I see it go down a little bit day to day. LOL.

  I started with 3 weeks of BCP, then started Lupron and stims began just 5 days later.  I had a very light, short AF.  Also, I continued using Lupron until trigger.

  TTC#2 since 01/13 - 3 rounds of Clomid, 2 IUI w/injectibles, moving to IVF

  IVF #1 - Lupron 20 6/19, Follistim 225 6/21, Menopur 75 6/27, Trigger 6/30

  ER 7/2 (8R, 7M, 5F); ET 7/5 - 2 8 cell, grade 1 and 1 7 cell, grade 1 Stick babies, stick!

  BFP on HPT at 11dp3dt

  Beta #1 13dp3dt 787

  Beta #2 17dp3dt 6,007

  1st u/s 5w2d showing one "good" sac and 2-3 questionable
