weird mark

DD woke up this morning with a weird mark by her left eye. It's red except in the middle it's white. It doesn't bother her when I touch it. It doesn't look like a scratch. I'm wondering if she pinched herself or if it could be a bug bite. Any ideas what I should do, if anything? She's acting normal.

    If it doesn't seem to bother her I would leave it alone. But if it starts looking infected or anything call the doctor.
