Scan at 5 weeks?

Morning ladies, following from the little bleed last night iv got a scan scheduled for the 29th which by my lmp would make me 6 weeks but because i was ttc i know when i conceived and il be a week before so il be 5 weeks 2 days when i get my scan and not the actual 6 weeks, will i still get to see a heartbeat or anythin at all?

    Probably not that early. Usually there is no heartbeat until 6ish weeks. But based off your LMP its possible. Good luck!

    You will most likely only see a gestational sac, and possibly the yolk sac.

    If you know when you ovulated, then definitely go by that and not your LMP.  I just had an ultrasound yesterday at 5 weeks 2 days because of some bleeding I had the other day.  The doctor wanted to rule out an ectopic.  They were able to see the gestational sac and the yolk sac, though if your doctor is anything like mine, they won't let you see yet, I guess just because there isn't much to see.  But yes, they should be able to tell you that they are seeing what they should be seeing for this far along.

October 2012 Metformin 1500 mg= ovulation on CD34 BFP#2 11/14/12 9DPO, EDD 7/26/13, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks, our angel born sleeping 3/24/13 @ 22wks 2d. BFP #3 7/4/13 8DPO EDD 3/22/14, DX Gestational Diabetes @14 wks. started insulin @16 wks.  Our rainbow, born 3/19/14 @ 39wks 6d., we're so in love!

    I had an u/s @ 5w2d and only saw the sac, no embryo.
