Blister on nipple?

I'm a mom of a 6 day old newborn and I've developed what looks like a clear blister on one of my nipples. It's not really that painful, but I was hoping someone could help me identify what it is. I don't want it to develop into a bigger problem. I've been making sure she feeds on that breast first at each feeding at least for a few minutes to keep milk moving through, but I didn't know if there is something else I should be doing to help get rid of it.

    When I get larger ones, it ends up giving me clogged ducts.  I am usually able to take a clean washcloth and rub it and that gets rid of it. It's painful, but much less painful than clogged ducts!

    Thank you for the responses. I'll try the wash cloth and see if I can open it up.
