Subject: LO will be a dermatologist when he grows up

Ok, OW! I have, or had, a mole on my collar bone. LO caught it with his fingernail and ripped half of it off. What the heck do I do now? Hold my breath and try to rip it the rest of the way off? Put a bandaid on it and see if it reattaches? UGH!

    Clean it and stick a bandaid over it. It may or may not reattach. The part that got torn may dry up and fall off or that half may "grow back." Some moles have a deep root type thing and the only way to effectively remove them is to surgically dig them out in the skin. I've scraped the tops of moles off before and after the skin heals they are still there.

    I have a couple of those skin tag type moles on my neck, and when they get like that, the rest of it dries up and falls off. Just clean it, is all I would do.

    I have a mole on the collarbone right on the front. Oliver grabs it all the time!!!! That shiz hurts.
