I recieved 2 gift items from BrU that I don't have receipts for and weren't on my registry. One is a postpartum support band (BrU brand) and the other is a huge box of BrU diapers (I'm cloth diapering). -is it worth asking for merchandise credit and attempting to exchange these items or are they going to completely turn it away without a receipt?

Their website is no help just reiterates need for a receipt and they have the right to refuse a return.

Add them to your registry online, then mark them as received/purchased before you take them back to the store.

I actually have no idea, but since they are BRU brand, if everything is unopened with tags, you should at least get store credit.

Good idea!

As far as my personal experience...I had a handful of items from BRU that were not on my registry and the woman who handled my returns said she would take them for current price and give me store credit which worked fine for me.

My local BRU was really accommodating when it came to returning some outfits that I didn't have receipts for. They said as long as I had a registry there, they would give store credit the returned items were not on my registry.
