Red rash on breast

This morning when I was showering my right breast was very itchy. I looked down and noticed a red rash on the underside. Anybody know what it could be or if it is dangerous?

    it could be heat rash. I used to get it all the time. it's harmless and goes away on it's own. in the meantime, try to keep cool and if you're sweating there, try to wash it.

    Thanks for making me feel better! I was freaking out a little. I will try some gold bond, and hopefully that will do the trick.
