lightheaded and dizzyness

Throughout this whole pregnancy i've had problems with getting lightheaded and then dizzy. I carry a water bottle with me at all times and no matter how much I drink I still get lightheaded. Doctor says its from the increased blood flow. Has anyone else encounted this problem? I'm hoping it will go away soon iI get it standing and sitting. I've even gotten it a few times driving to work so now my SO drives to daily since hes worried about me getting in an accident The only way I have found to lessen it or get rid of it is by laying on my left side but thats a little hard to do at work.

    Yes I experienced this twice in my 16th week and it really threw me. I increased my iron supplement and the dizziness hasn't returned!

    Yes I get it all the time. And its horrible. The heat always makes it worse!

    I experienced this. I had some tests run and it turns out I was dehydrated. I rested, hydrated, and continued to observe and it went away after a couple of days.
