Puke question

So we had our first true vomiting episode in the car after the pool. He has spit up but never puked if that makes any sense. It was at 6:00 and he ate dinner after and everything. He'd been coughing from water he drank going down wrong and he was hot. Should I assume it was that? How would I know if it was an illness? It was only once and no fever. I feel so dumb but he has never thrown up.

    Sounds to me like it was the pool/pool water as you suspect. As long as he continues to act normally, I wouldn't worry about too much!

    It sounds like just what you said pool water and the heat. I would just keep an eye on him. If he's eating normally, acting fine, etc, he's probably fine
