No poo after stomach flu?

DS is just getting over a week of the stomach flu (some diarrhea but mostly vomiting).

He's taking a lot less formula than usual while his stomach adjusts and hasn't had solids for a week. Given that fact, do you think I should be concerned that he hasn't pooped in 48 hours? I'm asking because I've officially become "THAT mom" with calling the pediatrician a million times this past week and I don't want to call him again if this isn't something I should be worrying about.

    Campbell had an awful stomach bug this past week.  However, she once had almost a 48 hour "break" in the diarrhea but when she finally did go it was a lot!!!  I wouldn't worry yet.  He isn't taking in as much so it makes sense there is less to put out.  As long as he is still having wet diapers I'd give it at least until tomorrow...

    He is probably all "pooped out" from the flu.  Once he starts eating more, they will come back.  I would also wait another day yet.
