Halo Early Walker sleepsack?

Does anyone have one of these?  Here is the link at Target so you can see it: https://www.target.com/p/halo-early-walker-sleepsack-micro-fleece/-/A-13334655#prodSlot=medium_1_3&term=halo+sleep+sack+fleece

Charlotte has outgrown her Carter's sleep sacks.  She has one A+A muslin one that fits but we want warmer ones for winter.  I realize that at her age, it is safe for her to sleep with a blanket... I just think she's so comfortable and happy in her sleep sacks!  Therefore, I don't want to change that.  I think she wiggles around a lot at night and wouldn't stay under a blanket.

So, has anyone tried this "early walker" style with the feet hanging out?  I like the idea, but DH thinks she'll climb her mesh crib bumpers.  I'm thinking of ordering one of these plus one regular sleep sack (size extra large!) and test them both.

Re: Halo Early Walker sleepsack?

  • I haven't tried the early walker style - Sammy still fits in size medium sleep sacks, he'll move up to large soon.  He can easily stand and crawl in his sleep sack.  I should add that he isn't walking yet.  We have the mesh crib bumpers and they are impossible to stand/climb on because they immediately collapse towards the mattress.  I wouldn't be worried about that!

I agree!  I think they are comfortable and cozy in a sleep sack - Sam moves around way too much to stay under a blanket.  His A+A blanket isn't usually near him when we check on him.

Let us know what you think of the early walker sleepsack!

  • My kids are so tall they have been in them a while. We love them! I bought mesh, light cotton and fleece and they work well!
