So All these press and webcameras are focusing on the entrance to this Lindo Hall. Are we really expected to believe that the Duchess will just drive up to that door, and walk her pretty little way in? Ummmm I may not be an "expert" on these thigns, but I'm pretty sure she will sneak in some back door unseen by all. So why are they camped out at that door?

After she delivers, that is the way she and William will be leaving with the baby, for a press photo op. I would not expect her to enter that way.

Maybe a look-a-like is scheduled to make that entrance so Kate can have an uninterrupted entrance somewhere else?

Exactly. I'd be paranoid to be her. I hate unnecessary attention and couldn't imagine having it every waking moment. I'd be afraid for the safety of my child and wouldn't want to leave the palace. I feel bad for celebrities. Honestly, aside from the money, who wants that life?

It's because a protection officer will be stationed there once she is on her way or has arrived.

This. Apparently when William was born, Diana and Charles stood outside the hospital at that spot where everyone is set up.

I'm holding out a smidgen of hope that she delivers quietly somewhere else (like maybe in Bucklebury where her parents are or something?) and that when the news is announced, all of those people outside of the Lindo Wing are like, "WTF?! How did we miss it?!"
