There was one I made that was a baked spaghetti type of thing. I did a lot of searching on allrecipe.com. I'll see if I can find that spaghetti recipe. It was on my favorites on my computer but that was probably 4 computers ago at least.

Heaven got another angel the night you left this world behind
Heaven got a little better the day it took you away from me
Missing you tonight, see you again sometime
For now I'll close my eyes and dream of heaven tonight
I'll love you forever
I'll like you for always
Now and Forever
My baby you'll be
And to make your life super easy once the baby is here - I highly recommend going to either Sam's Club or Costco and buying a set of those disposable metal trays (they come in like 30 packs) - this way you can just throw it in the oven and then just throw it away.

Pioneer Woman's Stuffed Shells freeze great! The recipe makes way more than I need so I always freeze half and eat it a week or two later. I make the meat sauce fresh, but I'm sure you could freeze some of that too, but I would store them separately.
Another tip is to put the shells on a cookie sheet in your freezer for about an hour, then pop them into a ziplock freezer bag once they've set up so they don't become a hot mess.
I have a whole list in my phone saved of stuff to make and freeze!
Bfast...hashbrown casserole bites, bfast burritos for DH and pancakes for DS and banana bread
Dinners....chili, meatloaf, baked ziti, freeze spaghetti sauce for quick spaghetti nights, a lasagna, chicken and pasta casserole and chicken enchiladas!

Oh! I forgot my dessert! I'll be making pumpkin cheesecake filling and freezing that as well. Just thaw and pour in graham crust and bake! Easy peasy! Quick yummy thanksgiving dessert that I don't have to worry about making!
Great post! I've been planning to do the same thing!!
Most of my recipes are ones I've gotten from here and there so they're written down, no links unfortunately but I'll make a list of the ones I'm planning to cook, and if you'd like me to paste the recipe here, please let me know which ones and I would be more than happy to!!
So the list includes: Chicken pot pie Hashbrown casserole Ham and Potato casserole (one of my fav's) Shepherds pie Chili Stew possibly Chicken Parmesan if I have time (time consuming to prepare but does freeze well and tastes amazing!) Mac & Cheese
Three Cheese and Herb Penne (actually have a link for this one!) (for the herbs, I typically use dried herbs - parsley, oregano and basil, and I use more than the recipe asks for... but it's flexible, you can use whichever herbs you like, fresh or dried and whatever amount you like too) https://www.dairygoodness.ca/recipes/three-cheese-and-herb-penne

I am so glad you posted this! I totally was going to go out and buy the nice dishes... Thanks!

I recommend a food saver! We vacuum sealed the leftovers from our wedding last year and a year later they were fantastic! We use out smoker a lot in the warm months so we will be freezing smoked pork loin, ribs, chicken, turkey, beef brisket, etc... So they are quick pull and warm meals that I can add a side of rice and veg or salad. I love the bear creek soup mixes for quick dinners that are hearty and tasty in the winter. I will also be freezing extra sauces, chili, soup, hamburgers, hot dogs. I made a big batch of chicken noodle soup last week and it went in the freezer. We are premarinating and packaging meats for the crockpot too do they are ready to go in no time. Just open the bag and dump in the crockpot in the morning on low and come back at supper time.

Just started getting my list together last night. This is all I have so far:
Sweet Potato Shepherd's Pie - https://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/11/sweet-potato-turkey-shepards-pie.html
Slow Clooker Apple Cherry Pork Loin -https://onceamonthmom.com/slow-cooker-apple-cherry-pork-loin/
Crockpot Chicken Enchilada Soup - https://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/12/crock-pot-chicken-enchilada-soup.html
Shrimp and Orzo Bake - https://onceamonthmom.com/shrimp-and-orzo-bake/
Slow Cooker Lemon Pepper Chicken - https://onceamonthmom.com/slow-cooker-lemon-pepper-chicken-and-carrots/
I'm fairly certain I'll also make some mini quiches, salsa verde chicken, and a couple other soups, but I haven't decided which ones yet.

I'm also really hoping I can get my grandmothers tourtiere recipe (she makes both pork pies and chicken pies)... none others can compare to hers!
So again, if any of you would like me to paste the recipes for the dishes listed above, please let me know!! They all taste wonderful, I promise
