Waking in the MOTN

DS has always been a great sleeper and has been STTN since 3.5 months old.  For some reason over the past week or so he has woken up on 3 different nights right around 1:30am screaming bloody murder.  The only way he will go back to sleep is if he's lying on me or right next to me.  Every time I try to put him back down in his crib he screams, cries and is just hysterical.  If I bring him in bed with us he will go to sleep no problem but I really don't want him to get used to sleeping in our bed.  His top gums are swollen and the left side feels hard so maybe it's teething?  We are also dealing with separation anxiety as well.  Anyone else's LO experience this?  I just find it weird that all three nights he woke at almost the exact same time.

    My guy is a good sleeper too, so when he wakes like that, it's usually because he isn't feeling well.  Sounds like he could be teething.
