mobile: FedEx man practically ran away from me

The FedEx guy came this afternoon to deliver DH's birthday present. I went outside to meet him on the front porch so DH wouldnt see it. He spots my belly and looks alarmed and yells out "are you pregnant?!" (um yes, I am 36 weeks it is very obvious) I replied yes and he freaked out and said "I cant touch you, I have on testosterone cream and cant touch a pregnant person" I just said "Its fine, leave the box on the porch" as I stood there contemplating his overreaction and why he felt I needed to touch him in the first place lol. Thanks creepy FedEx guy.

That's hilarious! Although, I think it was considerate of him to know that he wasn't able to touch you with the testosterone cream. He was probably worried that if he were to hand the box to you maybe your hands would brush or something, idk. But his reaction sounds pretty funny!

Poor guy has probably had it beat into him that testosterone creams are teratogenic and pregnancy category x. Pretty awkward but it's kinda heartwarming that he was so concerned for your safety.

Haha! That made me laugh! But it is true, the cream could be passed through skin to skin contact so he could've just been worried if you reached to grab and bumped him, it could've been passed to you! That is nice of him to be considerate!! Or like PP said, maybe he is afraid of pregnant women and is full of lines to keep them away, ha..

Testosterone cream is also used for a number of skin conditions and it is pretty potent stuff with a huge list of serious side effects. It was nice of him to worry.

It was definitely nice. It was more the delivery of his warning than the warning itself
