Mobile: Need some creative input

Hi ladies,

I've been working on this canvas for LO. The colors came out a little darker than I wanted but oh well. I feel like it needs something else, I was thinking maybe some pink flowers or circles in a couple of the corners? If I did flowers I don't think I'd fill them in, just outlines. I'm also worried if I add too much it'll look too busy. Anyone have any suggestions? TIA!

I wouldn't add anything else for the fear of it being too busy. It looks great now as it is!

Exactly what I was going to suggest! Only instead of pink, do white or yellow. Pull in a color you already have there, so it won't over load it. Then do, like, a cluster of 3 in the top left corner, then 1 *maybe* 2 in the bottom right.

I agree that it just needs a *little* something more. But adding in more colors is not the answer!

So cute! I'm in process of making something similar. Could you add a pink or different colored bow on top of one of the letters? Like on the top corner of the A for example? I think something little with a pop of a different color would be a perfect addition!

Thanks for the suggestions ladies!! I didn't even think about fabric flowers or bows!

Soleil: Thanks for the idea! I'm on my way, hammer in hand, to hang it over the crib and see how it looks with everything else.

This was my thought. I think some bright pink felt flowers would look great bunched in one of the corners. I've made several fabric flowers thanks to tutorials found on pinterest.

If I did anything (and I probably wouldn't) I would just add an actual flower to the bottom right corner or something else simple. Have you thought about how you're hanging it up? What if you used a pretty ribbon and hung it from something instead of mounted it in a way that you couldn't see?

this, i think a yellow ribbon at the top with a bow would be a perfect addition
