  I give DS the yoplait baby yogurt and just keep feeding him until he is done. Sometimes he eats an entire container, other times just a few bites. We do BLW so it is a little different, I offer it with his fruit slices in the morning.

  We give dd yogurt as part of her lunch. She usually takes about 2 oz. of it 1/2 a container of baby yogurt but she also gets something else with it usually a few oz. of veggie.

  I usually only give 2T or so, mixed with oatmeal and fruit.  I"m sure DS could eat more but since I add 2T of oatmeal, everything adds up to about 4oz already.

  DS gets about 2 oz of whole milk plain yogurt mixed with fruit puree.  He has always loved it.

  DS usually gets some sort of organic, dairy free yogurt every morning. We let him feed himself, so he will just stop eating when he is full.

  I've never, ever measured his food. I just put stuff down on his tray and if he eats, he eats. If not, then he must not have been that hungry.
