Hip/back pain still?!

My dd is 4 months old, and when I was pregnant my pelvis and lower back ached. They hurt when I started exercising again, and it took a while before things tightened up a little and it didn't feel like my pelvis was grinding when I walked long distances.

Problem is that my lower back mostly and outer hips still hurt...like I brace myself even when I sneeze because it hurts.

Any recommendation for exercises that will help strengthen these areas? I'm tired of bring in pain!

  • Visit a Chiro asap.  Between that and PT exercises you should be back to normal.  I had symphis pubis and it was horrendous, I never thought it would go away but it did.

  • I did go and see a chiro and WOW I was out of alignment. Thanks for the advice ladies, I feel so much better!!!
