I was wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a good birthing class in the atlanta area Buckhead/vinings area. I am delivering at Northside and I know they offer classes, but just thought I'd ask if you've had a good experience somewhere else. Thanks in advance for your help! And if you did take the class at Northside, was it good? Would u recommend it?
Re: Child birth classes
We used a doula (just for a class not at the birth) because I just felt like I wanted a point of view other than the typical "hospital procedure." I learned a TON from her.
Here's where I found her. Her name is Christine Strain.

I haven't taken any classes other than a worthless hospital one, but if I did, I would have gone the Babysteps route. Christine was my doula for my last birth and she was awesome! The other Babystep instructors I know of seem great too.
