I am so extremely anxious with my history and especially after the last loss. I know there is nothing to do but wait, and that I need to not over read every twinge or cramp or spot or worse lack of symptoms.
I just want to be sure I took every precaution and have no regrets. I took my 3 weeks vacation for the FET and then rest afterwards. My job is very stressful, demanding physically and mentally and my monster boss does not make it any easier. So I spoke with my GP and related my concerns and she has supported my taking a few additional weeks (possibly 2 with a graduated return to work) just until we can more confident that everything is move along as it should.
I sent the Dr Note in this morning. So anxious, I don't want to put my position at risk, but more importantly want to ensure that I've taken every precaution.
I know there are a lot of us here who have had similar experiences, just wondering what you might be doing to reduce the stress and anxiety____________________________

Re: Dealing with stress and gradual return to work
I'm sorry that you are having to feel guilty about taking care of yourself and your LO. You've been through so much to get here, definitely take it easy!!
I had to quit my job a few months in to my second pregnancy as my boss was a super micro manager control freak; and b/c of the pregnancy I didn't want to take my Paxil and I started having panic attacks. Crazy, but thankfully DH was very supportive.
A friend gave me a lead on someone she knew that needed part time administrative assistant help and she put in a good word for me. That job was awesome, less pay, but so much less stress. I ended up becoming a SAHM after DD was born simply because where we were living at the time, day care was really high and my part time income wouldn't really cover it.
Funny coincidence: I haven't had to take Paxil since I quit that old job 5 years ago LOL
Hoping the best for you!
You're monster boss and my monster boss should take yoga classes together.
lol
Thanks for the support.
