how often do you pee?

I just saw a commercial for medicine for someone with an overactive bladder and it said something about going 6 to 8 times a day. I probably pee every 2 to 3 hours, so 6 times doesn't seem excessive to me. I also drink a ton if water, though. The commercial has made me curious on how often the average person pees, so what say you, ladies?

I pee more than 8 usually. I don't think that's strange. I drink a lot of water. I've seen that commercial too.

Not a lot really. Maybe 5 times.

Eta: I definitely haven't been drinking enough water lately though.

All the time!!! On a usual day I probably go every 1 to 2 hours, maybe 3 if I don't drink anything!

Same. But I also try to drink 16oz of water an hour while I'm at work so I have to go. Otherwise most days I'd spend hours sitting at a desk which isn't good for my back or eyes.

Lol, i'm sure the drug companies low balled the number...just wondered by how much. Glad i'm not the only frequent peer out there...I'd rather spend my money on cooler drugs...

I usually go about 7 or 8 times. I always go before I'm going to go to a meeting or ride in the car or work out because I hate the feeling of having to go when I "can't" or it would be inconvenient to, and then I go several times before bed because I can't fall asleep without feeling like my bladder is empty.

I try to drink about 72 oz of water during the day. I have a 24 oz water bottle that I fill twice at work and then I drink several glasses of water in the evening. I got into the superhydration habit while breastfeeding and it just sorta stuck.

I have a similar habit. I have a 20oz cup and a water fountain. I try to drink 20 oz three times every day. This is a direct effort to force myself to have to stand up from the computer to rest my eyes.

Sounds healthy except that the candy machine is right next to the water fountain. How many times a day can your possibly walk past a Snickers bar?

When I wake up around 4am then around 9am maybe once in the late afternoon and then right before bed, so probably around 4 times.

I don't drink a lot but I have a small/weak bladder. I definitely pee more than 8 time...even when not pregnant.
