Hi! Been ttc for 2mos. I used an OPK this past month. My peak was on the 18th and 19th. We BD every other day until 20th(and some after). Now my AF can be late up to one or two days but never this late. I have been having symptoms like sore BBs, cramping, and nausea. Some of the cramps have felt like af cramps but others feel different like pulling. I have had the cramps since 3dpo. Some of my symptoms might be exaggerated because I want to be pregnant so bad lol. Have any of you ladies had your AF or BFP this late when ttc? I just wanna know so I can move on. Any advice will be appreciated ![]()
Also my sister has been diagnosed with PCOS. I understand that I might develop it later but its kinda odd it would happen the second month im ttc ![]()
Re: 17 dpo no af and bfn
Yes. Longer LPs just happen sometimes. I used to have an 11 day LP, then all of a sudden my last few cycles it's been 15-16 days, making my period four to five days 'later' than normal. And when you are TTC, it's very common to overthink symptoms or see them where they don't really exist. Keep in mind that PMS symptoms can be identical to pregnancy symptoms. And ultimately, negative tests mean not pregnant.
Also, I'm not sure why after only two cycles TTC you're already thinking PCOS? Just because your sister has it doesn't mean you will.

All ALers welcome!
I did have my BFP at 16DPO but FWIW I did not test between 12DPO and 16DPO.
As other have said, you might have ovulate later than you thought.
Let me know when you AF! And don't worry about PCOS, Bug. It comes with a lot of other symptoms. You do know that mom had 2 neg BFP when she was pregnant with me. If you still don't AF, you might want to get a BPT.
