  awe thank you! No, unfortunately no court on the 9th. DH's atty had it postponed for the 24th for unknown reasons. =/ and didn't let DH know until the last minute.. literally at the courthouse! The atty said he sent an email. He has never responded to any emails with questions or anything. I'm just thinking how unprofessional is it to send a court date change through e-mail. I have never known an attorney to do that without also sending a document in the mail.

  oh well... it's next week though so hopefully things will go in SD's favor.

  Some attys are the worst with that stuff!!! It always sucks when you take the time off for court and it gets postponed. Been there too many times.
  
  Hopefully everything goes well!!
