Normal growing pains??

Off and on today I've felt a side cramp. Like a quick stabbing pain that comes and goes. I also feel lots of stretching on my sides. Is this normal around 27wks? I know I'll feel some growing pains but having gone into ptl at 24 wks I'm a little paranoid. In bed and not sure if it's worth a call to the on call doctor ... I have an ultrasound at 3pm tomorrow.
