Hi everyone! I have to admit that I don't always understand the abbreviations you use on the site, but I'm sure I'll catch on.
The hubby and I are TTC and I am lost. I've been on birth control since I was 16, I am now about to be 26. I was on Depo for a few years, but have been on the pill for the last few years now and am not sure how this will affect everything. While on the pill I never have a regular cycle and when I did get my period it was light. Now that I stopped taking my pill my period is heavy and I have terrible cramps.
I'm just wondering if anyone can help me figure out what to expect and if it's likely to take a while to get pregnant?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Re: TTC
Welcome. Here's the bump glossary. https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/blogs/nest_baby_editors/pages/the-bump-community-glossary.aspx
There's really no way to know how long it'll take to get pregnant. Assuming you have well timed intercourse, there's only a 20% chance of getting pregnant each cycle. I would suggest checking out the TTGP board.
Good luck.
