Nursery done! PIP

I updated our existing small nursery for #3, a son. I wanted to keep it fairly gender neutral as we hope to have a 4th child.  I sewed a pillow, blackout lined curtains, sheets, and a changing pad cover. Rug is from Overstock, and I found the idea on Pinterest for the alphabet letters above the crib. DH has never wanted anything heavy like a frame hanging above the crib in the event of a once-a-year earthquake in Seattle, so this was my compromise. I am LOVING this somewhat-smaller crib from Walmart, since we couldn't get the Sundvik crib from Ikea.  My favorite item in the room is the curtains!

One of three sheets I made.

Love the chevron clothes pins I found on Etsy, for a great price!

Long dresser as a changing table, next to the closet. Handmade changing pad cover, which looks sort of pink in the larger picture.

I just grabbed some of my kids' toys to put on these shelves. The copper piggy bank was mine growing up, and has been in this room for all the kids so far.

Lastly, here's the blanket I made last night. It'll great come winter (yes, I use blankets and am fine with that)
