Socks?

Am I the worst mama ever, or does anyone else NEVER put socks on their LO? I did when it was cold, but once it was warm enough, DD's gone without socks and shoes every day.

    We wear socks when his toes get cold because DH keeps our house on the colder side. I have this thing about bare feet in public places like stores, restaurants, etc. But, when he's not in the car or his toes aren't little ice cubes I try to keep them off because he gets stinky man feet.

    Phew. Glad I'm not alone. It was all I could do to keep socks on her feet when she actually needed them (she'd just kick them off), the idea of putting them on her in summer weather just seems nutty.

    I only put socks on Jackson when it was cold. At night he sometimes is in footed or footless Jammie's. Jackson's feet sweat when it's warm they feel
    Clammy. So unless its cold I don't put them on. I don't keep the house super cold at night but the AC is on

    DD only wears them at daycare and any place cold like the grocery store. The minute we're home I take them off her.

    My child thinks socks are dumb and will fight tooth and nail to not wear the evil things upon his feet.

    Hannah only had/has them on in cold weather or when she wore/is wearing shoes that need socks.

    No socks here! I rarely think about it, and when I do they just wind up soaking wet from the girls sucking on their toes anyway.

    I did until it started to get really warm.  I never have shoes on her either (mostly because she looked ridiculous in them and her feet are so small shes only now able to fit into a small 0) I have an entire bin of shoes for her though.  But shes only 5 months so im not worried about shoes until shes mobile

    I dress DS like myself. I have no socks on and wear flipflops, so DS has no socks on. If my feet are cold I will put socks on him as well.

    If B's feet are cold, I will put socks on him. I also put on socks to sleep (unless he's in footy PJs) because DH enjoys sleeping in a sub- acrctic environment, lol! Other than that, he's sockless!

    DS wore socks when he was able to walk and wear shoes. I never bought him shoes until he was able to stand on his feet. Robeez are great!  DD currently has not worn socks since April...it has been warm enough and her toes are just too cute to cover up!

    I live in a very warm climate, so DD has rarely worn socks. When she did, it was only for fashion!
