I swear if DD isn't teething those 2 year molars I don't know WHAT is up with her.
This morning she didn't want to get dressed, screamed and cried, arched her back, pulled the shirt off once I finally got it on. She didn't want to wear shoes, threw them across the room, screaming "NO!" She didn't want to sit in her carseat, and when we got to DC she wouldn't let me leave.
Her DC teacher has noticed the tantrums as well. She asked me yesterday at pick-up if DD had been throwing "end of the world" tantrums at home. Yep.
I would've LOVED to just stay home and cuddle ( No clothes required!) but I really can't just take off work like that.
Anyone else having tantrum issues?
Re: Screaming tantrums of DOOM!
Big time.
Tantrums, hitting, pinching, biting, spitting. Shes a hell child on two feet.
Yesterday she had taken a drink of her milk, walked up, and spit it in my lap. After a quick time out, telling her to be nice, and then letting her go off to play, she lost it and started to go wild.
I hid in the garage from her. I needed five minutes alone or I would have lost my sh!t.
In our house, it's not so much the tantrums per se as it is her mood doing 180's all. the. time.
Seriously, it goes something like "la-dee-da-life-is-beautiful... OMGGETTHISHIDEAOUSHATOFFMYHEAD ok-thanks-that'sbetter-oh-wait-was-that-my-favourite-you-just-took-away?GIVEITBACKNOOOOOOOOWWWWW!"
Oh you are not alone. I have to say my lil bear is one of the sweetest lil guys I know but when he has a tantrum its like another child! Lo will lay on the ground, bang his head on the ends of the couch and cry/whine like no other.
Sigh..I love when we have a no tantrum day!
Haahahahahahaha! Nice.
Oh, this.
She can be perfectly fine one minute, and then DH walks in the room and days hello to her and she flips out. Or she's playing with her dolls and I offer her a drink or water and she goes ballistic. You never know how she will react to the most ordinary things!
