So I have my first RE appointment on the 18th (this Thursday). I have had an HSG and my husband had an SA, both with normal results. I did 3 rounds of unmonitored Clomid with my OB (dumb, I know, but at the time I didn't know that). I am hypothyroid but medicated. DS was conceived unassisted after 8 cycles. I am in my 19th cycle TTC #2. Any advice on what to ask for, what to be skeptical of, what to push for? I just turned 35 so I feel like I want to get going on things, but maybe I'm just being impatient.
I'm also a little nervous, if I can be totally honest, so a little reassurance wouldn't hurt either. Thanks!

Re: First RE appointment - any advice?
Make a list of questions ahead of time. ask what tests they will do and what to general plan is, IUI, iVF how many cycles and so on. How long a wait between cycles, how to communicate with clinic and when are appoitments. I had to go in between 730 and 9 for testing and that is sometimes hard. What are the success rates of this doc. Can they explain things to do as they go, it is a whole new language and world.
Good luck and I hope it works for you on the first try.
