advice....?

Im.new here and I have only posted one other time. But I would really like some advice and encouragement... I am on.my 3rd round of clomid, due to pcos, and our donor flaked on us. He was toobusy donating to other couples to donate to me. I have had an agreent with him for over a year and he has donated several times. He does not seem to uunderstand why it is important to catch each fertile cycle while I am on the meds and it is really hard.to gwt a known donor where I live. I know its always important to catch each cycle but I would like off the meds asap as it seems to exacerbate the pcos symptoms.... any advice?

    I don't have any experience with clomid/pcos, but just wanted to suggest that you contact the health care practitioner who prescribed the clomid.  That will be your best bet on getting a safe and reliable answer.  Good luck to you!

    Thanks. I've already called my dr. I'm waiting on a call back. My bigger issue was my donor bailing on me this cycle... and the negative emotions that came along with that.

    thanks. I'm just waiting on a call back from my dr. the bigger inssue was my donor bailing on me at the last minute... and the negative emotions that came along with that...

    I don't have experiences with a KD, but I certainly had setbacks and disappointments while TTC. I always gave myself a little time to be upset and feel whatever I needed to feel before trying to channel more positive energy. If your KD is unreliable maybe you can explore other options. Sincerely wishing you well. This journey can be so unbelievingly frustrating at times!

    I'm 19 weeks today after one round of Clomid using an anonymous donor from Fairfax Cryobank. Are you opposed to anonymous?
