I know I've asked you a ton of questions, but I have one (ok, two) more! As far as you know, is the only difference between the Diono Radian R120 and the RXT the head rests? And is it true that kids can use the R120 longer because there are no head rests for their shoulders to hit when they grow taller? Thanks so much!!

If anyone else happens to know the answers, feel free to chime in!
