This. I still use spelnda in my coffee and drink diet coke in moderation.
My ob said to avoid sweet n low as much as possible. I am not a big fan of Splenda and I have used Equal for years. I cut back on the amount I consume now but won't cut it out completely.
I agree with PP - I believe saccharin (Sweet 'n Low) should be avoided since it has the ability to pass through the placenta. You should check with your Dr. though if you're concerned.
