I am a FTM and registered for the GT, and the sales guy at BBB recommended I go with the Britax B-Safe - he said it converts very easily with the adapter.
Have the Graco SnugRude 35 with our City Mini. Am guessing the other carseats and adaptors are same or similar for height when the seat is snapped in. Then you also do the strap to buckle in the seat. Makes the stroller top heavy though so curbs, small bumps and such are not as easy to maneuver over as when LO is in the stroller itself.
Am really happy with the amount of sun shade that came on our SnugRide and after a few get togethers with other mommies, have come to a renewed appreciation for the sun shade on both the Graco and the City Mini.
If could do my purchase over though, probably would either get the Mini that has the front tires seperated for what I think is slightly better balance, or the GT for the larger tires plus the handbrake. (Esp true if living in hilly area)

This, the attachment for a Britax is smaller, cheaper and easier than the universal attachment for other car seats.
