I'm 36 I had a miscarriage earlier this year and now I am pregnant again (this will be my first baby) I am so scared that I am going to lose this baby also I go see the dr in 2 wks and I am hopping for the best Tongue Tied

    Congrats and welcome to the board!!  When are you due?
    TTC since 10/09 Me-43 DH-44 RE and testing 10/10-11/10, Recommending IVF 1/11 New RE AMA and DOR-DH low motility IVF #1.1 cancelled 3/11 due to poor response IVF #1.2 May 2011, one perfect 8-cell embryo, 3dt-BFN, IVF #2.1 Converted to IUI d/t poor response. New RE 9/2011. IVF 2.2 completed using HGH,EPP,DHEA, Q-10 and accupuncture. Transferred one 8-cell, grade one embryo on 10/19. BFP 10/31/11 Chemical pregancy on 11/2/11. Started stims for IVF #3, our final try, on 12-2-11. ET on 12/18. Transferred 3 Grade A embryos-BFFN Planning DE IVF, late March/early April- Donors ER expected to be 4/2-4/4. PAIF/SAIF welcome

    I walked in your shoes and it wasn't fun.  I can only suggest to breath deeply, if you are religious rely on your faith and take each day as it comes.  The worry never really goes away completely (I am pregnant with number 2 and I still worry).  It will get better though the further along you go.

    Welcome, I'm sorry for your loss. You will find there are quite a few of us who can relate to what you're feeling. There really is no magic way to prevent yourself from worrying, but try as much as you can to relax and keep yourself distracted rather than focusing on the fear. Stay positive and hopeful. As you pass each milestone it will get easier. All the best to you!

    i understand.

     

    i just turned 40 yesterday.  wanting to be more excited because i've had a few mc's (missed miscarriage, ectopic, other mc. 

     

    we have a 12 year old.  i'll go to get ultrasound on thursday of this week again and an 2nd prenatal visit. 

     

    i saw the gestational sac and yolk sac last week.  now we want to see the heart beat

     

    i also agree with the other blogger...if you have faith, stay focused on faith.

     

    i trust God's word and His word right now.  i read certain scriptures that encourage and build my faith.  also this meaning" FEAR:  false evidence appearing real".  not saying it is easy to stay positive all the time, but it will not hurt.  i've been in a roller coaster of emotions.  it can go along with the package. :)
