Mobile: Well I got some good freaking news today!

I was offered a position at our neighboring town elementary as a paraprofessional. I was super excited about that. It is tough around here in the teaching field to get a job. For every one position there is more than 100 people who apply.

Anyway today I received a phone call that the superintendent wants to meet with me tomorrow b/c a first grade position opened up and he wants to present me at the school board meeting tomorrow night for the position. I cannot believe I may actually get to be a teacher and have my own room. I have been dreaming of this day since I returned to school almost 4 years ago. I am dying with excitement.
