30 week appointment

Hey i have my 30 week appointment today, just wondering anything i should be asking my OBGYN at this stage that may be helpful in the coming weeks to know?? Thanks for any input, hope everyone is feeling good!

30 weeks is when they are suggesting you get the Tdap shot - that was the only thing I did different than any other appt.

If you want to talk birth plans with him, and haven't yet, now is a good time. Also find out what his specific policy is on when to go to the hospital. Example: most books and OB offices say 5 contractions in an hour. MY OB says don't bother going in unless contraction are patterned for 2 or more hours, or water breaks, or bleeding.

In our birthing class this weekend they told us 4-1-1. 4 minutes between contractions for one hour, each contraction lasting a minute. The minutes between are measuring from the beginning of one contraction to the beginning of the next contraction.

I had my 30 week on Friday and aside from getting the tdap shot Which my arm is STILL sore from I asked the following

When do internal checks start?
What position is the baby in?
When will the GBS test be administered?
