He was 5 weeks on Friday

2. Since it is MOTN What is the longest stretch of night sleep LO has given you so far?
Last night my LO went 7 hours! I was amazed. Usually he goes 56 in one stretch

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO?
Swaddling has been our lifesaver...that and the pacifier

4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be?
Not going back to work this time around as I'm a SAHM. But, with DD I went back at 9 weeks and it was SO hard!

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5?
we last saw Iron Man 3 right at the end of my pregnancy. What I saw of it between my million pee breaks I liked! I would give it 4 out of 5

2. Since it is MOTN What is the longest stretch of night sleep LO has given you so far? 7 hours once, but consistently 6

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO? She falls asleep around 7 to 8 most nights but I wake her up to feed her at 10 right before I go to bed so we can get a longer sleep stretch. I'm tempted to skip it and see what time she would wake up without it, but I'm scared.

4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be? At 6 weeks on this Wednesday.

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5? Grow Ups was on TV today, I'd give it a 3. I only watched it cause it was on, but parts are really funny.

Bonus: Have you ever met someone famous? No, but I'm curious if anyone else has.

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO?
I don't have one. I just pumped and tried to wake him up to feed him the bottle, to see if he'd sleep later. I couldn't wake him up. He's usually up around 1:30.
4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be?
9 weeks. I was on bed rest for almost 3 weeks prior to his birth.
5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5?
Safe Haven. 3 stars.

The twins are almost 13 weeks.

About 7 hours but they both don't always sleep at the same time.

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO?
Swaddling and rocking.

4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be?
I went back at 9 weeks. I worked for 10 days to finish the school year and I now get to be a sahm.

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5? Now You See Me. Took both kids to the movie theater and they did fantastic! I would give it 5 stars. I really enjoyed it.

6 hours, but only twice. Usually it's only 34 hours.

Swaddling, bouncing and pacifier.

If I go back, just under a year.

I saw iron man 3. I thought it was great! 4.5.

Lol...if I had one I would have more than 3 hours as answer to 2

He will be 12 weeks, but he won't be starting daycare for another 5 after that so I will be working from home 3x per week and DH will be doing the other 2...a rude awakening for him ::mobile smiley::

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5?
Took my 2 yo DS1 DS2 to Monsters University last week. 4.5, there were some plot holes

Bonus: Have you ever met someone famous? No, but my sister just spent some time hiking the Appalachian Trail with Terry O'Quinn's son and he came and took them all out for dinner and a movie and a shower...pretty cool

8 hours last night... I've been a lucky girl! She sleeps about 46 hours a stretch most nights.

Swaddling

Monsters University... It was cute for a kids movie but I'm just not a fan of cartoon movies

Last night he slept 8.5 hrs!!! It was glorious!!

We only swaddle at night, I think it has helped him know the difference between night and day... He's been a good sleeper from day one tho...

I'll be going to grad s hook in the spring.

The last movie I saw in theaters was man of steel, 3.5 to 4 stars

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO? No real tricks for B. we just slow the tempo of everything in the evenings, and he gets the message. Hates swaddling though...

4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be? 11 weeks

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5? Back to the Future. It's an oldie but goodie: 4 stars. we also recently watched The Shooter. That was stupid: 1 star.

Just over 4 hours. He usually wakes every 2 to 3 hours, though.

Whatever works, which for now is nursing to sleep and sleeping in our bed.

We rarely have time to watch anything....I think I last saw The Great Gatsby in the theater while I was pregnant. I liked it well enough...maybe a 3.5?

I hung out with Maggie Gyllenhaal for a few days when she came to speak at my school and I was in charge of the event. I've also met Jerry Seinfeld, Anderson Cooper, Tori Amos, Ralph Fiennes, Michelle Williams, a whole slew of actors from the soap opera All My Children, and more semi-famous musicians than I can count.

What fun!

1. Since I'm mobile how old is LO? 6 weeks old.

2. Since it is MOTN What is the longest stretch of night sleep LO has given you so far? So far, he has done several 5.5 hour stretches. Looking forward to when they are even longer.

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO? Swaddle in Miracle blanket and the Sleep Sheep for white noise.

4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be? He will be 6 months old when I return.

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5? Identity Thief. I'd give it 1 star I shut it off because it was not worth staying up later and losing sleep for.

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5? Nightmare Nanny on lifetime. Perfect maternity leave ridiculousness during DS1's nap this afternoon. It was so bad but I'd give it 4 stars for so bad it's good level.

Bonus: Have you ever met someone famous? Yes, a lot actually. I used to live in NYC and look cute at one point in my life so I ended up in a lot of fun parties and clubs. Most memorable was Jimmy Fallon. He came back to my dorm room to watch Dawson's Creek. No joke, that was my reason for leaving the bar so he said he'd come watch it too. I had a boyfriend at the time so nothing happened but I am presuming he thought watch Dawson's creek really meant more than that. Either way he was hilarious and super nice and bought my dorm mates beer and snacks because he didn't want to show up empty handed.

I don't have one, LO hates to be swaddled!

Our little man is 12 days old.

2. Since it is MOTN What is the longest stretch of night sleep LO has given you so far?
He has slept as long as 4.5 hours. Then the next night he was up every 2 hours. He loves his swaddle and pacifier from the hospital but will only take it if we put our finger in the little hole lol. And he really sleeps good for naps on my chest.

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO?
He is just starting to like the bassinet but he has to be alittle bit asleep before he will stay in it. Rocking in my arms the sound from the floor fan ::just like his mommy! I can't sleep without sound::

4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be?
I am looking for a part time job ::I'll admit, being a FTM, i can see me having a difficult time leaving the little man, even if it is just for a few days::

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5?
Me and the BF had a movie night Saturday. We watched Identity Theif and 21 Over. I give them both 5 stars! They were such funny movies!!!

I met Patrick Kane ::he is a hockey player from my beloved Chicago Blackhawks for those of you who aren't hockey fans:: we were walking on Michigan Ave in Chicago and had to go into my ALL time favorite store, The Blackhawks Store, and I had to use the bathroom. Go in there and lo behold, Pat Kane is in signing autographs. It was a pretty awesome day if you ask me! And he is a pretty awesome dude.

3. What is your best sleep trick for LO? Waiting until he's pretty sleepy to be swaddled. Also, we elevate part of his mattress with a crib wedge and use white noise all night.

4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be? almost 9 weeks.

5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5? We saw Man of Steel. I really liked it, I'd give it a 4.

1. Since I'm mobile how old is LO? Sixteen days today.
2. Since it is MOTN What is the longest stretch of night sleep LO has given you so far? 4.5 hours. I know that's too long to go without feeding for someone of his age, but he'd just had a 5-hour cluster feeding frenzy before, preceded by two four-hour and three-hour ones, so maybe it was OK?
3. What is your best sleep trick for LO? Let him sleep on me for five to ten minutes after he's "done" nursing (I use quotes because we never really know if he's truly done these days).
4. If you are going back to work, how old will LO be? I'm unemployed . But in my fantasy world, two.
5. What was the last movie you watched? How many stars would you give it out of 5?DH and I just watched The Dictator (I KNOW) on Netflix. I would say two out of five because it was horrible but I sometimes laughed in spite of myself. I also managed to watch about half of Queen of Versailles while nursing LO before he had a poopsplosion (3.5/50.
Bonus: Have you ever met someone famous? I can't remember....I met a Bulgarian princess once when I was singing in this Bulgarian choir at this one event.
